These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BSKY Picker, the Bluesky comment picker available at bskypicker.com ("the Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
Who can use the Service?
To use BSKY Picker, you must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and you must be able to use Bluesky under its own rules. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.
What the Service does
BSKY Picker helps you run giveaways and contests on Bluesky by reading the comments on a post you specify and selecting winners at random. It offers filters, multiple-winner selection, and, on paid plans, export features. We provide the tool. You are responsible for how you run your giveaway and for following the rules that apply to it.
Your responsibilities
When you use BSKY Picker, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Run giveaways that comply with Bluesky's rules and any laws or regulations that apply to promotions and contests in your location
- Provide accurate information when you create an account or subscribe
- Keep your account login details secure and do not share them with people who are not authorized to use them
- Not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or the systems it runs on
- Not use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others
You are solely responsible for the terms, rules, prizes, and conduct of your own giveaways. We provide a tool to draw winners; we are not a party to your promotion, and we do not administer your prizes.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials safe. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at [email protected] right away.
Subscriptions and payments
BSKY Picker offers paid plans, currently billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
By starting a paid plan, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the applicable fee for your chosen billing period. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase or required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. If you cancel, your plan generally remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.
We may change our prices or plan features. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will aim to let you know before your next billing date so you can decide whether to continue.
Availability of the Service
We work to keep BSKY Picker running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may need to take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by the Service being temporarily unavailable.
Bluesky is a separate platform that we do not control. If Bluesky changes how it works, or restricts access, that may affect how the Service functions, and this is outside our control.
Intellectual property
The BSKY Picker name, brand, website, and software are ours or our licensors', and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from the Service without our permission.
Content that belongs to you or your audience remains yours. Using the Service does not transfer ownership of your giveaway content to us.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Service will meet all your requirements, that results will be error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
While we design the random selection to be fair, you are responsible for verifying and communicating the outcome of your own giveaways to your audience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of others, including in connection with giveaways you run.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can cancel a paid plan as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. If your access ends, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.

BSKY Picker is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluesky. Any references to Bluesky are for description only.
