What information we handle
Giveaway comment data. When you paste a Bluesky post link and run a draw, the tool reads the public comments on that post so it can select winners. This information is used to run your draw and is not retained afterward. It is public data on Bluesky to begin with, and we treat it as something to process in the moment rather than store.
Account information. If you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, we handle the details needed to set that up, such as your email address. This lets us give you access, contact you about your account, and answer support requests.
Payment information. Paid plans are handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to read.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical information such as browser type and general usage, which helps us keep the service running and secure. This is ordinary operational data, not a profile of you.
Messages you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep your message and contact details so we can help you and follow up if needed.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Run your giveaway draws and return results to you
- Provide access to paid features and manage your subscription
- Process payments through Stripe
